Cancellation policy

How subscriptions work: When you choose Subscribe & save, you'll get your coffee automatically every 2, 3 or 4 weeks, depending on what you pick, at 10% off the regular price. Your subscription continues until you cancel it.

Billing: Your payment method is charged for your first delivery when you check out, and again each time a new delivery is processed. Shipping is free on deliveries of $35 or more; smaller deliveries ship for a flat $4.99.

Skip, pause or cancel anytime: Log into your account to skip a delivery, pause, change your coffee or how often it ships, or cancel. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum number of deliveries. To avoid being charged for your next delivery, make the change before that delivery is processed. You can also email steeltoejoecoffee@gmail.com and we'll do it for you.

Refunds: Subscription deliveries follow our Return and Refund Policy. Orders that have already been charged and shipped aren't refunded because of a cancellation, but damaged or wrong items are always covered.
