Our Mission
Hardworking coffee for hardworking people.
I'm Cash, and I started Steel Toe Joe because I wanted to roast the kind of coffee I'd actually want to drink before a long day. Nothing fancy. Just good coffee, roasted right.
Everything is roasted in small batches at our roastery in Maryland, so the bag you get hasn't been sitting in a warehouse for months.

And we need more people willing to learn them. But getting started isn't easy. Tools, gear and training cost money before you've earned your first paycheck.
That's why a portion of every coffee sale goes toward scholarships and tools for people getting into the trades. When you buy a bag of our coffee, you're helping someone take that first step toward a career built with their own two hands.
