Orders are roasted fresh and ship in 3–5 business days.

Free on orders over $35, subscriptions included. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99.

Delivery time
Shipped with UPS Ground, which usually takes 1–5 business days depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking number by email.
Something wrong with your order?
Damaged or wrong item
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund. No need to ship anything back.
All other returns
Unopened bags can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Ship them back to us and we'll refund you once they arrive. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Lost package
If tracking stops moving or shows delivered but it isn't there, let us know and we'll work with UPS to sort it out.

Frequently asked questions
Should I get whole bean or ground?
Whole bean stays fresh longer, so pick it if you have a grinder. Ground is ready to brew right out of the bag. Ground coffee works for drip coffee makers and pour over.
How should I store my coffee?
Keep it sealed in the bag or an airtight container, somewhere cool and dark. Skip the fridge, since moisture and smells get into the beans.
How long does coffee stay fresh?
Coffee tastes best within about a month of its roast date. Whole bean holds its flavor longer than ground.
Which coffee is right for my brewer?
Cup of Joe is built for drip, espresso and cold brew. Smooth Operator works for pour over, drip and espresso. Strong Foundation is our espresso blend and also great for pour over and AeroPress. All Boots No Buzz is our decaf.
What does water processed decaf mean?
The caffeine is removed using water instead of chemical solvents, so you get a clean cup without the buzz.
Where does my money go?
A portion of every coffee sale goes toward scholarships and tools for people getting into the trades.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. We supply cafés, restaurants and offices with 5 lb bulk coffee and retail bags. Apply through our wholesale page and we will set up your account.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet. Right now we ship anywhere in the United States.
