Shipping policy

Where we ship: We ship anywhere in the United States. We don't ship outside the U.S. yet.

Processing time: Every order is roasted fresh in small batches and ships within 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping cost: Shipping is free on orders of $35 or more, including subscription deliveries. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99.

Delivery time: Orders ship with UPS Ground, which usually takes 1 to 5 business days depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged, wrong or lost orders: If your order arrives damaged, you received the wrong item, or tracking stops moving, email steeltoejoecoffee@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
